Everybody knows what push ups are. And most certainly how to do a basic push up. As most things are, at the beginning it can be a little rough. Imagine you ate a whole meal, and then you wanted to climb some stairs. It is not that easy. So, after you did, let's say 10 push ups 3 times with a break between each set of 40 seconds, every day of the week, for a month, you wanted to step up a notch, you could use something, not that tall to do an advanced push up. This can be something as a bed or a chair (a chair is a little bit to tall). This way, you get to do an advanced push up.
